LC:
6x5 reps; 15 sec rest/set

Chins: 3x5 reps

Had a really bad headache this morning. It subsided to a dull ache. Was planning to do a long timed sets but I HAD to take a break in between sets due to the pressure building in my head. My left shoulder was twinging on the last set of jerks. My next workout is Friday. I may make that one heavy on the pulling and real light on the OH work. I don't want an injury.

Sucks but there it is. Happy turkey day guys.
