Only one day off in a stretch of 10 days. We are understaffed and work is ridiculous.
Got this in and it felt ok. I'm just tired. I feel like maybe I need to give some love to getting better at moving faster. I'm just sitting at 4-6 rpm. I'm debating on trying to push an occasional shorter set at a faster pace. Last year working up to 4 mins @ 8 rpm felt like it did a world of good once I slowed back down simply because moving slower felt a lot less stressful, despite the longer duration of the slower set.
