This felt a little rough but I got through it. I can tell that I have been a lazy puss that's for sure. That is at an end. Wife said that I look like I have lost some weight so I checked it, lost 5 lbs and I'm now down to 175. Not necessarily a great thing since it is just from not having time to eat. Oh well.

Gonna try and run or do a weighted hike with the pup. Probably hit some SLDL for some back health, LC, and SQ.

Felt pretty good today despite the LC getting me a tad winded. I'm back on the wagon with LC after having a week or two with not a decent workout in sight. I am kinda in one of the lows with my training motivation so I am going to just have to grin and bear it for awhile. Going to try and throw in some different things to keep the ADD at bay while still getting my LC in.
