Armor building

Run:  assault treadmill
1 mile in 10:00

Stretch

Ended up doing this in the 110F afternoon sun after doing some trenching for a cable install.  Definitely stole my thunder.  Swings felt like they may cause a blister or callous tear due to heat and shitty handle so I kept it short.


Gonna slow down on the PP and allow for an OH pause for a bit.
