Warmup

BJJ:  1 hr
Movement and submission flow drills.  Some rolling with the new guy, advanced white belt, after.  Played a lazy butterfly guard and ended up getting some sweeps and an eventual armbar.

Worked some tricky crucifix entries with Wilson afterwards.
