Warmup

BJJ:  30 min roll
Goal was to keep going til one of gets a submission.  Played a lively top game for a bit but he ended up getting me down.  Managed a decent shoulder lock from guard but I’ll be damned if he broke free.  Eventually ended up in a shoulder lock of my own and tapped right at the 30 min mark.  Good times.
