Sans KB's for a few days and the weather is nice, so I figured why not run to the park with one of the pups. For not running at all and it being cold the 2 miles were fairly easy and did not leave me breathing to badly. Back is feeling much better, though that might be from the NSAIDs and Flexeril. =P~

Run: 2 miles
Chins: 30 reps
Dips: 30 reps

Will do some back rehab and maybe some light overhead stuff with the 12-16kg later.

30 chins in a row? How did you injure your back?

The chins were done in two sets. 24 reps the first set then the remaining 6 reps.

Was carrying a load from the car, tripped, caught myself, the load kept going and in my attempt to control it I used more back than legs. POP! Feels 100% better than the day of.

Ouch man be careful with them groceries! lol. 24 chins is still a ton, I cannot even do 10. Respect.
