Chins: 15 reps @ bw

PM Workout:
KB Swing: 100 reps @ 16 kg
Dips: 25 reps @ BW
Chins: 25 reps @ BW

You're getting some nice volume with the kb work. Do you have some informal goals in mind for swings or snatches?
