Ran 2 miles this weekend , easy 8 min/mile pace, at drill with assorted calisthenics.

Not concerned about reps.  Just want to lengthen the damn sets currently.  Sprintish thing at the end if I feel I'm able.  This ended up with only 6 rpm the last minute.  Felt tired today and still having sinus issues.
