Long 24 hr shift on the ambulance with no sleep followed by standardized testing for future nursing school.  This was rough but manageable.

Warmup:
7 mins @ 2x32kg; 4 rpm = 28 reps

Walk:
1 mile easy pace with long strides

Stretched and done.

Now for a light dinner, shower, and early bed.  Gotta be back at work on the ambulance at 0500.

Hey Mate,

Just wanted to say that your log is a huge inspiration to anyone worried about staying fit while working 24+hour EMS shifts, and, most especially, those would wish to practice girevoy spot with such a schedule (like me :)! ) Thank you so much for sharing your progress, and here's to the next minute in your long cycle!
