10 mins @ 2x28kg; 5 rpm = 50 reps

Run:
1.5 miles in 11:08

Stretched and done.

Spent the day covering the hole I dug up yesterday and then riding the motorcycle with a buddy I haven't seen in a while.  Came home and cranked this out.  Slow and steady.  4 reps away.  I know that I have it in me for one final jump, but I mentally respond better with small incremental climbs.  Dunno why.  Progress is progress though.
