Warmup.......then....

LC:
8 mins @ 2x24kg; 6 rpm

Pushups:
2x12 @ bw

Wtd Walk/Jog:
0.5 mile @ 50 lbs / 0.5 mile light jog

8 mins tonight pushed my stomach a little.  Legs felt a lot better tonight so that is a plus.  Missed depth a lot this session but I felt that my fixation was a little more solid.  

All of this on 3 hrs of sleep over the last 72 hrs.  Gotta love my job.  Now time to study for my medic exam and eat something.
