Some drinking last night but here goes my lame attempt.

Swing: 25L/25R @ 32kg
Chins: 15 reps

I have been trying to get out and walk around the shopping center near my work on my lunch breaks. I am normally averaging 1-2 miles every day at a brisk pace.
