Last couple of days have been long ones. Here is the training run down for the week.


6/17:
Run: 3 miles; 30 mind
Press: 3x6 reps 115 lbs
SQ: 3x6 reps 115 lbs

6/16:
LC: 7 min @ 2x24kg; 3 rpm

6/14:
LC: 7x6 reps @ 2x24kg

6/11:
Commute to class: 10 miles @ 15mph
