Warmup
Walk: 1.2 miles
C&P: 40 reps in 15 mins, 2x28kg
Push-ups: 3x15 (slow)
Rows: 3x10 @ 2x28kg
SQ:
25 @ 16kg
25 @ BW
Arm work
Gonna be a min or 2 before I can get the C&P at this weight down to sub 10. Something to work on.
