Trying to get my head right with these longer sets.  The discomfort of them has always bugged me and I think a lot of it is from just not spending a lot of time in this area.  Gonna change this some, while slowly working towards that 50 reps with the reds.

Light BJJ later...

No gi.  Passes and sweeps.  During sparring managed a choke or two and even managed to rhino pass the instructor.  Feeling wrung out but happy.
