Warmup
LC:
6 mins @ 2x28kg; 4 rpm = 24 reps
Gear Work- full gear of 50 lbs w/ mask
5 mins of: (approx 1 round per min)
5 pushups
5 count of 4 mountain climbers
20 steps of march in place
Stretch and done.
