1st day down of firefighter rookie school. No issues. Not outta breath at all man. Legs feel worked but still solid.
100 ft Ladder climb w/ gear (30 lbs)
2 mile gear march (50 lbs)
50 push-ups thru out the day
Geared obstacle course (30 lbs)
Approx mile run (slow jog)
No GS work today. Acclimation and all.
