Ending HR was 123
then....
Pushups:
2x30 @ BW
Situps:
2x30
Stretch with a lot of attention to back, shoulders, and calves.
Something nice and easy for a rainy day since we skipped PT today due to really bad weather. Feeling strong and supple.
