4 mins @ 2x32kg; 5 rpm = 20 reps
4 mins @ 2x32kg; 5 rpm = 20 reps
3 mins @ 2x32kg; 5 rpm = 15 reps
ttl time/reps: 15 mins/ 75 reps
Stretched and done.
