5 mins @ 2x24kg; 6 rpm (PR and my hands finally started to numb up)
Cleans:
5 mins @ 2x24kg; 3 mins @10 rpm/ last 2 mins @ 12 rpm
Pushups:
2x12 @ bw+ 10 lbs
