Jerks:
4.25 mins @ 2x24kg; 6 rpm (ditched due to hand pain, still slowly increasing the time)

Cleans:
5 mins @ 2x24kg; 10 rpm

Pushups:
2x10 @ bw + 10 lbs

I am still not quite 100% after the sinus and ear infection.  I still have a blocked left ear and am still coughing up shit.  I do, however, feel better.   Jerks are still killing my hand but the time is increasing so I am ok with what I got.  Cleans got the HR and breathing up some.
