Warmup

BJJ:  1 hr
Taught some basics then rolled. Worked on controlling the opponent more and less on submissions.  Sweeps and stuff.

SQ:
15x 225 lbs
15x 135 lbs

T-row:
3x12 @ 135 lbs

Ring pushups:
3x12

Stretching

Outside all day today trenching and doing a fiber install so took it kind of easy.

To note:
I’m gonna have to increase SQ weight if I want 25x225.
