Woke up with a mild headache that has hung around all day.  Giving my hands and mind a break so no bells today.

Warmup

Dips/Bridge Rows:
30 reps/30 reps @ bw + 10 lbs

Pushups:
45 reps @ bw + 10 lbs

Band work for mobility

Run:
2 miles easy pace

Handstand Pushups:
3x4 @ bw

Pushups:
60 reps in 1 min @ bw

Situps:
60 reps in 1 min

Stretching
