Spent all day chasing signatures for my final orders and a 3.25 hr round trip back home. Anyhow, everything is set.

Run:
2 miles brisk pace
Stretching
Having some pain, almost like bruising, in my right palm right where the bell handle sits. This is normally where I have some discomfort if I spend a decent bit of time away from longer sets and then start to stretch out the time. Blah. Oh well. DMSO and Vit I to the rescue.
