Nothing special. Still weak, though the loads are slowly going up. The SN I could go heavier on and will next session. SQ was just to get some explosive reps. Eating more and the weight is slooooowly climbing.
Tomorrow I work the fat body truck and then I am headed 2 hrs away for an all afternoon throwing session with a friend.
