Decided on this as opposed to ladders just cuz I have made great progress before on this.

Rows were cake. Deads were easy on the back and rough on the grip. I feel that 315 is about 2-3 weeks away at best. Pulls are just what I am good at.

Bench, as always, was hard. Having arms long enough to reach my knees just makes the mechanics of it annoying....but no bench=no chest. I will eventually be switching up one bench day for a PP day but that is a long time from now.

All in all it was a good day. Hell, I passed my pharmacology exam and lifted more weight than I have in 2 years.
