3x 1-2-3 @ 135 (tried for an extra few reps on the end but was losing form so I killed it.

SQ:
2x 1-2-3 @ 155
1-2-5 @ 155

Caber Curl:
3x 1-2-3 @ 80

Good session despite still being disgusted about how weak I am. BW @ 167
