In the middle of working a week of 15 hour days between both jobs. Started this at 11pm

Cleans chewed up my hands a bit but not nearly as bad as in previous sessions. This tells me my form is getting better.
Jerks were tiring on my grip, more than the cleans. Felt it burning in the forearm. That being said, I really made a point to stay relaxed in not "grip" the bell. Still felt rough.
