Feeling good today, albeit a little sore in the abs from the L-chins. Had a blessedly quiet night at the crazy house, let's see if I can get 2-2.
Today was sprint day....and I loved it. There is nothing like the shorter/faster sets.

Stretch and done.
Gonna work with the wife on some yoga and then get her started on Insanity. Should suffice for cardio today on this rainy day.
