AM Workout
OAS: 100 reps @ 16 kg
OHSQ: 50 reps @ 2 x 16 kg; ( tried for 100 reps and just was not feeling it)
Chins: 50 reps @ bw

I was lazy today and have got to get on the ball with this if I am going to compete in June.
