Stretching 

Outside left knee into calf is hurting on some of the jerks.  Decided to call it.  May do BJJ today but will have a brace on it.

LCPP:
15 mins @ 32kg; 6 rpm

Stretching

Did some knee tracking exercises followed squats varying the stance.  Felt good with nary an issue.  


May do some heavy swings later.
