30 mins @ 22kg; 250 reps


Wanted to give KB half marathon a go.  Not easy.  Weight is light but the last 10 mins the mind starts fighting it.  Just being under load that long, coupled with the high humidity, had me struggling to keep my breathing rhythm.  Suck factor is high.  Can't grasp doing a full 1 hr set.
