12 hr ambulance shift, then.....
Warmup
Attempted a few LC sets w/ 32s and that was a no go due to unstable feeling in the lockout.
JSQ:
50 reps @ 185 lbs
50 reps @ 155 lbs
50 reps @ 155 lbs
Stretched and done.
