Warmup
LC:
5 mins @ 2x28kg; 7 rpm = 35 reps
5 mins @ 2x28kg; 7 rpm - 35 reps
Stretched and done.
Worked a 24 hr shift with absolutely no sleep. Total time in bed for the entire shift was maybe 1 hr. Happy to hit this.
Now for sleep.
