LC: 1 min @ 2x24; 6 rpm
Jerk: 2x20 reps @ 2x24kg
Chins: 2x10


I have got to get some more chalk. Tried to start on a set of LC with the 24's and about 1 min into it my palm tore around a callous. This is odd sense I have never had any issues with this. The tear is reminiscient of a deadlift tear. Hopefully I will be able to order more chalk after this weekend. It is sad when you can't even afford a pound of fucking chalk. Oh well, I am going to attempt a timed set tomorrow depending on how the palm feels.
