Had some late calls so not much sleep.  Low volume today and easy reps.

Warmup

LC:
5 mins @ 2x32kg; 25 reps

Swing:
20/20 @ 42kg
20/20 @ 36kg

Stretching

Started the set thinking a 5/4 rep scheme but had to speed up since 4 rpm just seemed too slow.  Easy set.

Work tomorrow and off Saturday.  Gonna do family stuff and try and get in a set in the evening.
