6 hrs sleep, then...

Warmup

6 mins @ 2x32kg; 4 rpm
4 mins @ 2x32kg; 4 rpm
2 mins @ 2x32kg; 4 rpm

Hated to break the 2nd set up but I couldn't make it past 4 mins.  Feet and hands were aching.  Breathing was slightly off.

Possibly things were off due to waking up about 1 hr prior.  I hate lifting right after sleep.
