Worked a long 48 hr shift. Then home to this....
Warmup
LC:
5 mins @ 2x28kg; 7 rpm = 35 reps
Squats:
35 reps @ 135 lbs
Walk/jog:
2 miles easy recovery pace
Stretched and done.
