Warmup

LC:
7 mins @ 2x32kg; 4 rpm = 28 reps (PR for time and reps); ending HR = 142 bpm

Light Jog:
1.5 miles easy pace

Stretched and done.

Ran calls all night long on the ambulance so no sleep last night.  Amazed that I pulled this off but it really wasn't that bad.  Grip was fatigued at the end of this but everything else was solid.
