LC: 6 mins @ 2x24kg; 4 rpm
Chins: 20 reps
OAS: 20/20 @ 12kg; just to loosen up the shoulders
The pace on LC felt pretty good. I definitely felt like I could've hit 5 rpm all the way through. Little steps though.
