I ended up staying up the ENTIRE night writing a paper for school. Despite coming home and crashing for about 4-5 hours, I am still on the weak side. In light of that, I stayed in the easy realm today.
KB Snatch/Jerk Complex:
1 round=Five snatches then five jerks, switch hands and Five snatches then five jerks....no rest.
I did 5 rounds.
Then,
10 L-seat holds, each one for 5 secs then go into a split hold for a second or two.

Dead: 5/1/405 lbs
DB Press: 3/5/50 lbs
DB Pullover: 3/5/70 lbs
Dragon Flags: 3/3
Chin: 6/5/bw
Pseudo's: 6/5/bw
The deads went off without a hitch. I went to db press this week instead of BB jerks for a change and to test the waters with my shoulder. Diagnosis: A little bit of pain but nothing too bad....it actually felt better afterward.

GPP:
KB swings: 300 reps @ 16 kg
Sledge hammer lever work
*Correction: I was orignally aiming at 500 swings for the day, but I feel that 300 is enough seeing as I have heavy deads tomorrow.
The sledge work felt great...even though it made me feel like my grip is that of a puss.
