Going to 3rd shift tonight and got an anthrax vaccine this weekend.  Decided for some easy volume instead of pushing it.

3x12 w/ 10kg pack

Chins:
3x12 w/ 10kg pack

Lunges:
3x30 w/ 10kg pack

Stretching

Nap later before work.
