Warmup SN: 6 mins @ 22kg; 15 rpm Jerk: 4x 1 min on/1 min off @ 2x32kg; 10 rpm Stretching Solid. Last set with the 32s had my lockout dying. Not failure but close. Wanted 40 reps to mark me being on the downslope to 40.
