Armor building

Felt a little rough and tight.  Ended up doing a really slow set holding the lockout for 3-4 breaths.  PM set I wanted to move a bit faster.

Felt like maybe my Pm set needed some more work just from the rack since my forearms and palms were aching from the 6 mins slow set yesterday.  Had it again but it was less.  Surprised at how easy Jerk was.  I think 30-40 is doable without any issue as long as manage my breathing.
