Arms started to give out towards the end.  HR popped up to about 160 bpm during the first 10 mins but dropped down to about 140-145 bpm for the remainder.


36kg for this movement is heavy.  Blah.

Felt like maybe my Pm set needed some more work just from the rack since my forearms and palms were aching from the 6 mins slow set yesterday.  Had it again but it was less.  Surprised at how easy Jerk was.  I think 30-40 is doable without any issue as long as manage my breathing.
