1 hr nap, do stuff, 1 hr nap....then:
Warmup
LC:
5 mins @ 2x32kg; 6 rpm
Stretching
Weighted toddler walk later @ 30 lbs.
Just wanted it over with. Didn't go hard since I'm tired and I'm lifting tomorrow.
