Warmup
OALC:
20 mins @ 22kg; 8 rpm (5 mph)
SQ:
50/20 @ 145 lbs
Squat weight still felt light but letting the volume do its job and build slowly.
Felt a little roughed up from BJJ so decided for light and longer on the OALC.
