LC Pyramid: (2 mins rest between sets)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-6 reps @ 2x32kg = 55 reps
Goal was to get each set in as close to a minute as possible. Had to take a break @ 6 reps to take a call. Came back and finished.
Stretched and done.
This was rough considering I was running calls in the ambulance today as well. Still, a good day and feeling strong.
