I've had some chest congestion for the last 2 days. Taking some expectorants along with increased fluid intake has helped but it is still there. The 32's felt heavy today and I felt like I working way to hard for what I was doing.
Going to see if I can cough the rest of this stuff up and get better before WKC Worlds.
